Coaches
- I will create a positive learning environment for all players. I understand that reinforcing good play is a far better coaching technique than criticizing mistakes.
- I will encourage players to make their own decisions. I know that telling players what to do will not improve their play.
- I will treat all officials with respect; I will be polite and courteous to them.
- I will not tolerate inappropriate behavior, regardless of the situation.
- I will only interact with opposing players, parents and coaches to encourage or congratulate them.
- I will not engage in any obscene gestures, language or violent conduct. I understand that this will result in an automatic 3rd violation.
- I will congratulate players after every game regardless of the result.
- I will encourage communication from my team.
- I understand that alcohol, illegal drugs or prescription drugs will not be possessed consumed or distributed at any time at any field or complex.
1st Violation will result in a verbal warning from a member or an officer of the board.
2nd Violation will result in a written warning from the board.
3rd Violation will result in a season ban from all games and practices.
