11/2 thru 11/6 is the last week that trainers from Transcend will be available for fitness/agility work-outs and also the last week that soccer trainers will be available.  All practices after November 6th are independent sessions, unless your team arranges and pays for the trainer to attend.  Space and equipment at Transcend is limited; all teams should be flexible and work together to make the best of the situation.
